Havent Used OBS 3 months now getting Dropped Frames

I haven't been using OBS for a while now but came back to record some stuff and the settings I had from then are making me drop 90% of my frames when before I wouldn't drop more than 2% of my frames.

The Dropped is the encoding lag just wondering how to fix it.

Specs:
Xeon e3 1240v2
GTX 770
8gb DDR3
500gb SSD which is where im saving too

You're using SE.live. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by SE.live. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

You also can (or should) remove the remaining se.live files from the %appdata%\obs-studio folder.
