Question / Help Have Problem with laggs for Record and Stream

Hello can u help!

I have a question or say it times so I have some problems

I have a
Intel 5820K with a 1080GTX
16GB RAM and all SSD.

If I want to stream and capture at the same time in FULL HD
But i am not Twitch Partner

Have the problem that either the stream lagging or the recording jerks or lagging.

Do you have as tips or data for settings?
