Preview is slowing down from 60 fps to 30 then it freezes. Not sure what is going on or where to start. Everything had been working good. I have not updated anything. So maybe mycapture car is giving out?
At the bottom of that log you can see it says The owner SID on a per-user subscription doesn't exist which could me a admin issue upon research however i am running it as admin. So not sure.
