I have a issue were if I record with Nvenc I get skipped frames. Resolution doesn't seem to matter. I have try recording to a 1TB Samasung QVO SSD, WD 1TB blue 5400rpm drive, and a 2TB Seagate Pro drive. I get skipped frames on them. I have upgraded from a 1060 to a 1080 so i can play and record in 1440p 60fps but the skips always happen. I have also tried turning game mode off and on. The most some games push on my gpu is 80%. I dont get a encoding overloaded message.
