have been using OBS for a while and OVERNIGHT streaming is now almost impossible...

IDK what happened but, I was streaming fine for years, and overnight its become impossible to stream, and its my network, which is stable although its wifi, it just started happening very recently, if anyone has discord I can screen share I could use some help.
