Question / Help Hauppauge HD PVR 60 Video Capture Issues

Hi everyone! I'm new to OBS and new to Hauppauge. I have the HD PVR 60 and I can't seem to get it to work with OBS for some reason. I'm using OBS build 0.13.4 64 bit version. It recognizes the video capture device and shows it as "HD PVR 60 Capture Filter" but when I select it no video shows up. I've also notice that if I go to Settings->Advanced there's no options in my "Video Adapter" drop down so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it as well.

I'm running a GTX 670 as my primary video card and I have a quad core i7. I've attached my log file but I don't think that it's going to be much help for this since I'm not actually streaming or anything, I just can't get the video display to come up when the capture device is selected. I would be happy to provide any additional information that would help in troubleshooting this issue.

Any ideas here? I'm not sure what the typical response time is for getting help on this forum. I'm just hoping someone knowledgeable can either point me in the right direction for a resolution or show me how to get the developer's attention on this issue.

Did you by any chance tested OBS 32bits/x86 version? Sometimes the drivers for some capture cards are only x86/32bits which makes it not work on x64/64bits OBS. OBS by default installs both versions on your computer.

If anything can you test the standard OBS, as in not Studio version to see if it works over there(test both x86/x64 versions)

Thanks for the reply sendblink! I haven't tried the 32 bit version yet. I'll give that a run and see if it works, it looks like the icon on my desktop was to the 64 bit version.
