I've noticed for the last few months, everytime I use the internal Video Capture Device source to stream from my HD PVR 2, the content goes out of sync. I would consider that more than a bug...
The only way for me to use OBS and not going our of sync, is to record from the HD PVR 2 using another software (to a file), and then use either Media Source or VLV Video Source to load that file and stream it.
Using XSplit (to name that "competitor") it stays completly in sync, zero problem on that front.
