Has anyone solved the problem of video flicker when ATEM Software Control is running?

In my experience streaming on several Win 11 laptops, OBS video flickers when Blackmagic ATEM Software Control is running. My solution has been to close ATEM Software Control after I set up the stream; but I have a BMPCC6K pro, and I'd like to use the ATEM Software Control focus and ISO controls. (I'm about to video a recital with extreme lighting changes.)
I've tried the usual, like shutting down background processes, etc.
Has anyone solved this problem?
