Hardwired internet crashes intermittenly when OBS Studio is open. ISP won't/can't help

Hello,

I have been streaming for over 5 years with my current ISP and have had no issues. Well the last month or my internet will crash when streaming (it happened once when recording). My PC is hardwired so I shouldn't have any issues like WiFi going down. I called my ISP and they told me that these aren't issues they help with and told me I could spend $300 for a new router that MIGHT fix the problem.

Hoping someone here might have any ideas. Log below.

Thank you for the help! I've changed the YUV mode to partial. Where is game mode in OBS settings? I didn't see it. I've disabled Norton while streaming as well. I will change to CQP when recording.

Edit: I found the game mode setting. That was for windows 10, not OBS.
