Question / Help Hardware Supported list? List yours

I am having trouble finding a list of supported hardware for Linux using OBS.

Mostly I want to know what capture cards and what web cams are supported using OBS on Linux. If there is a list I would appreciate being directed toward it.

Also, if there is no list and you are using a web cam and/or capture card of some sort please let me know. I will start a list of working items in this post.
