Question / Help Hardware suggestions for camera streaming only?

There are a lot of guides for hardware for streaming of games but I haven't really found any for just cameras alone.

I would imagine CPU and GPU do not need to be as powerful for just streaming video from cameras?

You need to test your internet upload speed and then go into settings. For output, set the bitrate to 1000 times 80% of your upload speed. I would also change the audio setting down to 96 kbps or less if you have a slow upload speed of less than 1.0 Mbps. I would also recommend changing the video to 720p or less. If you have 800 to 999 Kbps upload, 480p. Less than 750 Kbps, 360p. All of these are settings.

Hello,
As I read you want some suggestion for hardware for streaming of games.
And its totally depends on your internet speed.
I must say first you have to check your internet download and upload speed.
Then if you have 3 Mbps speed You have to recommend your video 1080px or less and the audio settings should be 160 kbps.
And if you have 1 Mbps speed you should use 720px and 96kbps or less
Hope this will help you
Thanks

Not for streaming games, only 2 webcams for a podcast. Internet speed I'm fine, only wondering about hardware and settings related with just webcam streaming.
