Hi there,
I need help with finding recommended hardware specs for the OBS end of a 2 pc streaming layout. I can find recommended specs all day for a single PC setup but have come up short on this end of a 2 pc setup with my use case.
I'm looking to use OBS as a business broadcast tool, not as a direct streaming tool. Effectively bringing in multiple USB cameras, an hdmi -> usb capture card, usb audio, and potentially screen capture of something like airserver or another meeting software into different scenes, project out to a second monitor, and then share that projection with observers via Zoom. I'm also planning to record locally but not stream directly from OBS.
Any recommendations on what I need to purchase for the PC itself? My best estimation right now is to get a mid-higher end CPU and not worry about a graphics card as I'm not gaming or directly streaming from this machine in the traditional sense.
