Hardware requirements for machines to stream 4k

Hello, I'm looking to build a rack with 4 machines to handle separate instances of OBS and would like some advice on the hardware.
I wasn't sure the best forum to post this on, but this seemed like it might fit.

I'm looking to build a portable server with 4 separate PCs to run independent 4k video streams. Basically, I want to be able to run OBS with screen capture on each of the first three computers and output a 4k feed over both HDMI and LAN using Newtek's NDI protocol. That's all the first three computers will be doing. The fourth computer would be a 'main PC' that can run OBS but also record large zoom calls (probably about 150 people per call) and process those recordings quickly. The recordings will probably be around an hour or so. It should also be able to pick up the feed from the other 3 PCs over NDI, so it needs to be on the same local network.

I've built plenty of computers before, but not exactly in the vein and with these specific requirements, so I'm not sure how far off I am in terms of power needed versus what I put together below. All advice appreciated!

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

United States

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please).

I've done my best to make it understandable and not everything is on PC part picker.

Provide any additional details you wish below.

The setup of the server rack would be like this unless there's a better way to do it. I went with 14U because I wanted to make sure there's airflow between the computers.
