Not that I know of. USB captures tend to be single channel only. If you want multiple channels, you need multiple captures. And for decent quality without deceptive marketing, you need to spend about $100 per channel for name brand.

Specifically, I got the 4x SDI card for $220, because I had 3 SDI inputs already, that I converted to HDMI for the USB captures. Now my one HDMI signal gets converted to SDI to feed that card.
For the audio input, do you mean embedded audio in the same HDMI stream that you're already capturing? Those cards will do that. Or do you need one of these as well?:
