Question / Help Hardware encoding: How heavily is the HDD used?

I've got a storage setup of the following:
SSD: holds OS and many common programs. Also currently holds Pagefile.
HDD1: holds almost all programs not on SSD.
HDD2: holds almost exclusively footage recorded with OBS.

I'm looking to move my Pagefile from my SSD for longterm health of the drive.
Most games run from HDD1 and are recorded on HDD2. I'm currently using NVENC hardware encoding on OBS.

My question is: Should I move Pagefile to HDD1 or HDD2?
Pagefile is a constantly changing chunk of memory, so it affects a SSD worse than it does a HDD. Since Pagefile is often being edited, would I be better off having my HDD1, which runs the games and other programs, hold the Pagefile, or have HDD2, which is being written to often, hold the Pagefile.

I suppose I could set a Pagefile on both my HDD1 and HDD2 but I haven't looked into how that would work.

I started looking into this after seeing in MSI Afterburner that my Pagefile usage is incredibly high with my regular programs open and still at about 3500-4000MB after closing all my regular programs. I have 16GB of RAM not being fully utilized.

If you're using the recording presets, OBS' hard drive speed requirements are only about 5-10mbyte/sec sustained.
