Hardware decoding for 4K sources

Hello,

I am working on a project with 4K sources and I can't load more than 2 in OBS before my cpu is near 100%

I can run 18 windows of 4K Tears of Steel on VLC 3 before the 2 decoders of my RTX4000 hits 90%

When I try Media or VLC source, my Nvidia decoder is idle but my CPU spikes.

Are there any plans to address 4K streaming in the next 6 months?

Have you tried enabling hardware decoding on the media sources?

It works! I am new to OBS. Work computer is 4K but my home PC is 1080P so I couldn't see the text.
