Hard Crashes on launch on any version post 27.0.1

As the title says I've been running 27.0.1 for months because I tried to update to 27.1 and was immediately met with hard crashes on launch. Rolled back to 27.0.1 and everything was fine and went on my merry way.

Now that they're ending support for the old Twitch API I decided I'd try updating to 27.2 thinking it may work now.
Nope.
Hard crashes instantly on launch.
Every time.

Rolled back to 27.0.1 again and everything is fine.
But I also use SE.Live plugin (It still hard crashes without this plugin) and it automatically updates OBS now instead of letting me run it on 27.0.1 so I can't use this now either.

2 log files attached from this morning, one hard crash from 27.1.3 and one hard crash from 27.2

If anyone can figure out why the hell it doesn't work that would be great, thanks!

Could you post a link to the crash log generated by OBS Has Crashed? Help -> Crash Reports -> Upload Last Crash Report.

You need to update your Intel video driver. You have 2 ways you can do this:

1. Update using the Intel Driver & Support Assistant, available at this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
2. Update by selecting the appropriate driver for your OS and GPU, at this link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers

Always reboot your PC once your drivers are updated, even if you are not prompted to.

Those damn intel drivers have been causing all sorts of other problems (adobe compatibility, various game launchers) for months, I should've known it was the cause of this one too.

I'd already tried rolling them back, reinstalling them multiple times and they were still playing up.
But a full uninstall and clean installation seems to have fixed it, even if the driver install SAID it failed, but FINALLY everything is working properly.
