Hi there
.
I'm 36 year old, I'm an IT, Gamer, Streamer and I'm passionate.

I'm also French (It's a kind of sorry for my bad english.)

Step I : reflexion.

I test number of configuration before thinking, have an Idea (not so bad one I guess).

Streaming is not easy to set, So I decide to complicate it but What a result xD.

Step II : Hardware, Internet connexion, OBS Classic | Studio and game.

I guess I got a small set of computer (not bad but not perfect).

Description (Hardware) :

1 HD screen (1080p) (hope to have a second one soon)

Computer :

R9280x dc2t OC (ASUS)
FX 9590 Black eddition (AMD)
MB : MSI 970 Carbon Gaming.
8GB Mix RAM (Waiting for a 12 GB non-mix RAM : kingston HypexX)
No SSD
Everything right ventiled because of Hotness (if it's the word :D)

Internet connexion :

Most of French users have trouble to stream because of assymetric connexion (As most of world Internet User.)

My bandwich : PING :35 ms, Down 21,40 MBPS and Upload : 0.99 MBPS

That mean I can't stream "HD content" on YouTube and Twitch (my main platform) regard this thread :

https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2853702?hl=fr (you can translate it, but I guess you know it^^)

I was so disapointed. I run many stream using CPU compression without a real great result.

OBS (C and S) :

I follow many Threads and advice from this Forum, 'cause I use only OBS : very stable and High Settings configuration allowed for Free (Thanks !)

What I test was : x264 : 480p and 720p and so because of my HardWare, H264 480p and 720p with AMD encoding.

All with different bitrate to a stable one (considerating bandwitch of online game) 720 kb/s Bitrate Max.

But I notice that Video streaming (MP4 for example) was less suffering of pixel trouble compression than Video Game.

>>> MP4 720p format streaming on Twitch was : Clean ! ( and don't use so much CPU usage x264 encoding.

Second I notice that, AMD h264 encoding don't use a bit of CPU usage. but GPU encoding one.

Step 3 : The IDEA ;)

While I'm looking for solution with two computer, I mean : I wanted to make this : First (the describe one) a game AMD H264 encoding 720p with 2000 kb/s runing the game, integrating Camera and layout, to stream to VLC.

I was disapointed to see that it was impossible.

After 6 month of reflexion, and lot of threads read, I got this IDEA :

First : 1 game layout camera computer with H264 AMD 720p stream to (with OBS) >>> second computer with RTMP server (RED5 : in my case, Nginx or other...) and a VLC reading the RTMP of RED5 (Only availaible with AMD RTMP H264 Format) and an OBS to twitch stream VLC caption.

Step 4 Principe :

Then : on an Only computer that mean because we deserve to simplify : GAME / Layout / Sound / Camera > OBS studio (AMD 2000 kb/s 720p) > RED5 >VLC (Simple MP4 like format >OBS Classic (CPU x264 720kb/s 720p) and the result is ...

SO GREAT ! (I mean I hope and considering a 720 kb/s Bandwitch.)

Here the first exemple : >> https://www.twitch.tv/blindedcrowgame/v/114107547 <<

||**No full stable yet cause of Game CPU and GPU settings to increase **||

I apologyse if : This message is in the wrong Forum/ Not interesting/ Already allow. (Do what you need to correct my post
