H265 support

Hello,
I have some NDI 4k cameras that I would like to run on H265, to save bandwidth.
I have made sure that OBS can find the NDI cameras, but I don't get a picture if I have them in 265 mode, but 264 works.
So it feels like a codec is missing, so I would like the help of some kind person to get relatively detailed instructions on how to do it.

HEVC codec can be purchased in the MS Store, it was free some time ago but last time I checked they were charging $0.99.
