H265 profile1 or "Record at 4:4:4 (RGB)"

I'm trying to record without losing quality (resolution) in different ways.
That is, I want to record a file in RGB (or YUV 4:4:4)
I set the setting Color Format=BGRA (sRGB in older versions)
ColorSpace=sRGB ColorRange=Full
MKV recording format (since when recording in mp4 it will also become 4:2:0)

The only way I could do this was with the help of the old codec "H265/HEVC Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework)"
It has support for the HIGH profile H265 (Profile1),
if you enable it, there will be RGB recording (4:4:4).
I was able to do this only in OBS versions 26 and 27.
In later versions, the same codec began to encode in 4:2:0
Or is someone "on the way" transcoding to 4:2:0?
If you set the Keyframe Interval to 1 in versions newer than 27, OBS freezes when recording.
In versions 26-27, it does not freeze with any codec settings.

The new AMD HW H.265 (HEVC) codec encodes in 4:2:0

How to make a "lossless" recording in modern OBS?
By the way, the Virtual Camera also does not support 4:4:4
Is it possible to add 4:4:4 (RGB) to the virtual camera?
