i have a amd rx 550 and i want to stream in h265, i have only x264 and h264 options for streaming but x264 lags me and h264 lags the stream, i have all the 3 options in the recording configs, the h265 h264 and x264, and the h265 is the best for me, is there a way to stream using h265?
