Hi and help!
I upgraded to version 19.0.2
and now under settings/output/recording I can't choose the H264 (AMD Advanced Media framework) encoder anymore, it is completely gone!!
When recording with the x264 encoder, every audio or video file I play and record is interrupted by some weird small hearable cracks, this wasn't the case when I recorded with the h264 encoder.
Like when I play a game the sound is not just smoothly hearable but interrupted, filled with weird tiny crack noises while I record.
In the final recording, those noises are not to be heard but make the audio have silent breaks, so they destroy the final recording.
Can anyone help me get the h264 recorder option back or get these electric noises away?
Andy
