Question / Help H1Z1 streaming problem

having trouble streaming h1z1, i either get serious delay in game when streaming to no response, possibly due to cpu usage being super higher and when that isnt happening the stream itself is pixelating


trying to figure out the best settings on my OBS Studio to stream H1Z1. will post pictures of settings and pc specs.

Processor Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5 GHz Gpu GTX 950 2GB Menory(RAM) 8gbs of RAM DDR4 2133mhz
