Question / Help H1Z1 having trouble to stream correctly

I can't seem to stream correctly when playing H1Z1. I streamed BO3 and it works fine at 720p30fps and for me it works at 60fps. But on H1Z1 it goes really laggy for my viewers.

My specs:

Processor: Intel Core I5-4690k 3.50 Ghz
Ram: 16Gb DDR3
Video Card: Gtx 960ti Asus Strix 4gb
