H.265 OBS Studio

So I heard H.265 is supported by OBS Studio but for some reason I can't use it. I'm pretty sure the A10 7890k supports it as AMD said Kaveri will support H.265 and I also have the latest drivers but can't use it. Help?

No streaming or video hosting service currently supports h265 videos. Hardware encoders for h265 are not implemented on any GPU yet.

This isn't completely correct. the RX 480 has HEVC which allows hardware decoding and encoding. the software to enable these features have yet to be seen (Media SDK still at 1.1 Beta on AMD's dev site).
