Occasionally the audio will drop while streaming and using the gv-usb2 for capture. It can sometimes be fixed by disabling and re-enabling and sometimes by adjusting the audio settings to output to desktop and then back to capture only. Appears to be a recent issues as I'm not the only one experiencing this with the latest version of OBS.
