Guests can't hear audio of clips'videos

Hello, any help appreciated. When i stream on Mac using OBS and have a guest on they cannot hear clips i am playing, audience can, gguest can hear mt voice just not desktop audio, Any suggestions

I think a more detail information is needed. For example how does guest watch the stream, is it the same way as audience or different ? How do you setup your mic and your clips in OBS ?
