I'm streaming my Elgato HD60s from the xbox to my OBS / SLOBS (I've tried both applications) the CPU ticks over at 10% and GPU at 30%. I've monitored the heat of the system and it never goes above 39 degrees. Every 30 minutes or so the stream drops for approximately 2seconds and then kicks straight back up. This is causing problems where it takes Mixer/Twitch almost 2/3 minutes for the stream to come back online.
I've installed the latest drivers, checked and triple checked all the settings within OBS, tested the internet and it remains a constant, checked dust level and air flow, I've reduced the settings to the bear minimum OBS states my system is powerful enough to stream 1080@60 but I've knocked it down to 720@30 (for pubg).
It's worth mentioning the stats from OBS show there's no frame drops or anything of the sort.
Any help / direction I could go in would be really appreciated.
