Question / Help GTX 1080 should be able to...?

Shouldn't a GTX 1080 be able to record Battlefield 1 at at least 720p with OBS or Shadowplay? I'd assume so but so far i haven't had any luck. The footage is always choppy enough to be unwatchable. And i'm dragging it down to 720p with everything at low.

Can you upload a logfile after you have attempted recording please. Doing so will assist others in trying to assist you with troubleshooting any issues you have.
