Question / Help GTA V Lags on stream, but fine in game.

So I have a pretty high end computer
CPU: i7 4790k
GPU: 2x GTX 970 SLI
RAM: 32GB

I can stream most games just fine, but for some reason, games like GTA V doesn't really do so well. I don't understand because I didn't change my settings at all and I used to be able to stream GTA with no problems at all, then it suddenly does this.

Enable vsync in GTA5 and configure your in-game settings so your GPU doesn't max out while playing.
