Gsync compatible Windowed Mode error

Dear OBS Team,

I have an error with streaming in a 1 PC Setup and Gsync compatible mode:

My Speccs:
i9 9900K
RTX 3080
32GB RAM

Streaming with NVENC - 6000kbps - 1080p/60

I'm streaming in a triple screen setup and tried it with streaming the monitor or even game capture.

The following happens:

When I start OBS Gsync compatible gets deactivated (since my FPS drop to 60-100 I can see that pretty clear and checked it with monitoring my monitors behaviour).
Since I am streaming from a triple setup I am not able to go to fullscreen mode, since this isn't supported by the game.

I can fix this by:
Setting Gsync compatible to Fullscreen and then back to fullscreen and windowed mode.
When I do this my Gsync compatible mode works again.

Is this a known error? I am using the newest Nvidia drivers and OBS version.

OBS is not compatible with Gsync, and can actually have severe capture issues occur when it is enabled.
It is strongly advised to switch to Vsync or Fastsync instead.

After my fix it works well till now, but I was hoping that there was a workaround without turning off Gsync.

I will have a look if it works to switch to Vsync, otherwise I think I'll go on through the fixing process and if I get any problems I have to deactivate it.
