Greyed out screen on onlyfans

Hi, I'm struggling streaming on onlyfans. OBS connects fine but on OF it's just greyed out so i can't see the stream. After finishing a test stream of a few seconds the video is then in my vault on OF and sometimes the picture is there and sometimes not it's just grey. OF support are useless and say "search in youtube" so does anyone know why it might be greyed out?
