Question / Help Grey Screen after selecting Video Capture

is anybody else experiencing the same problem as i am?

current setup: Sony A6400 > Elgato Cam Link 4K > MBP (2017 13" i5 Version running OS 10.14.6)

my facetime HD camera works fine but not my camera on capture card and this happened after i installed NDI
