Grey/Pixelated Video - VLC Source

See image attached. Has anyone else experienced a grey/pixelated screen using the VLC Source on OBS?

This issue started out of no where a few weeks ago. I've tried adjusting the VLC settings but no luck.

I'm encoding using NVENC - Nvidia Quadro P2000.

Any ideas on what settings I need to play with to fix this issue within OBS?
