Bug Report Green window on enabling video capture device instead of camera output screen

Hi guys someone plz help me out in resolving this issue. when i open OBS anadd video capture device ( am using laptop webcam only) , i can only see a green window popping up instead of webcam output. i have attached a screen shot of the same here.

Uncheck "device default" and then choose a supported resolution, FPS and video format from the pulldowns.

Also check that OBS has permission to access the webcam.
