Bug Report Green tint and distortion over screen after update to OBS 23!

I streamed last night, no issues at all. Then, I updated to OBS 23 right before I went live today as I thought the features sounded like a fantastic edition...huge mistake. When I stream (and even record), a green tint and distortion covers the screen. It only occurs on one of my computers (my gaming PC has a Geforece 1060 and OBS 23 works completely fine on it). My stream PC has quite an old video card in it (GT 240), and I fear this is the cause. I don't want to buy a new card at the moment, and yet I want to continue using this secondary PC for the stream.

So I tried starting from a fresh install with no user settings at all. Same issue. I installed OBS 22.0.2, works perfectly. Perhaps it's something else, although I feel it in my bones that the update is bullying me because of that old video card. Please, tell me this is just a freak bug that can be fixed. I was hoping to hold off another year or two before buying a powerful video card to make this my primary gaming+stream PC and phase out my old gaming rig. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

For now, I've reverted to 22.0.2 but I'm dying to move to this new build. It has features I've lusted after for a long time.

Here is what I see using OBS 23 with barebones (just basic display capture and NOTHING else):

So another old video card...interesting. My suspicions may prove to be correct, this new version must hate older cards. >.<
I really hope this is a bug and can be fixed.
