Question / Help Green Buffer on twitch

Whenever i stream to twitch using OBS, on the stream it looks like this:

even tho in the OBS preview everything is normal? how can i fix this.

Edit: this only started happening since the 23.0 updates, before then i had no trouble. but i even tried going back to 22 and it still kept happening
