Green and purple flash on Video capture card image

I hooked up an old LUMIX G7 using a HDMI Video capture device, and added a scene on OBS. Then.. there's a constant flash
Here's the screenshot (video) of what's happening. it was hard to capture the moment.. so I recorded the screen and uploaded on YouTube.

I use Dell Inspiron 5559, Windows 10, just updated BIOS, reset Camera app.. Please help!
