Gray Screen & Colorful Motherboard Effect

I have two Reolink 811's that I'm *trying* to use to live stream wildlife. I have three issues:

1. Regularly, on both cameras, the feed will glitch out and part of all of the screen will turn gray and pixelated. Sometimes the moving animals will show through the gray pixel blotch, but not always. After a second or two, the feed comes back. What is this and how do I stop it? No other live stream I watch on YouTube has this issue.
2. Regularly, on both cameras, the feed will glitch out to what looks like a circuit board in psychedelic colors. Sometimes it's the entire screen, sometimes it's just part of it. It corrects itself after a second or two, but is really annoying. Any thoughts?
3. I have two of the same camera and I cannot use them both on the same device. Meaning, if I enter the RTSP address of both on my laptop, only one camera will ever show, the other will always be a black screen. Same with my desktop. But... if I run one stream using OBS on my laptop and one on my desktop, I can see both feeds. And I don't mean running a stream at the same time, I mean just being able to open OBS and see the camera view. Any suggestions?
4. Are there any global suggestions of high quality, high FPS POE IP cameras that will work nicely with OBS that I can stream a nighttime camera for deer and a daytime camera for birds using?

Thanks!
