Graphics Overlay on Video

I would like to Overlay a Text Graphic while Video is showing. Ex: Scroll Venmo and Paypal info on bottom of screen. I"m sure you can do this, but I'm new to the program and don't see how to make it happen. Thanks

Right click on the source --> Filters --> [+] --> Scroll
If using text, add a space at the end or beginning. Ex. "money" would show as "moneymoneymoneymoney" but "money " would show as "money money money money "
