So I have looked to see if there was anything to help before posting this and at the graphics cards. I continue to have a black screen even after the help videos and I get the feeling it is my graphics card because all I have is Intel Graphics 5500 and I am on a laptop. I've gone back and forth between what I should be doing and what I need, but do I need to download a different card to be able to record without a black screen? That's really where I'm stuck at.
