Question / Help Graphics card is not showing up

Ok, i having a bad issue with OBS Studio

my GTX 750 ti is not showing up one single bit in any of the options.
but It is showing up on the Legacy version of OBS (just the Plain version of OBS, not OBS Studio)
but i really do prefer the simplicity of OBS Studio

how do i fix this minor issue?
