Graphic text number incremented by TouchPortal

Hello, wondering if there's a way for me to use TouchPortal on my phone to update a text counter in OBS. I have a text number on the screen, let's say it's at 0. I press a button on TouchPortal and the number increments by 1 every time I press it. Any suggestions?
