Question / Help Grainy Quality with AMD Card and Encoder

Hi. I need to record using the AMD encoder for performance issues, but when I do so in OBS, the result is a grainy/pixelated recording. I can use h264 encoding in XSplit and ReLive with no problem. I'd like to note also that the preview looks fine but the actual recording is bad.

As a side note, when I use OpenGL, the preview and recording becomes a hellish red mess. I just switched back to Direct3D 11 to solve that, but just throwing it out there.

What should I record in? I do not know what I am doing, appreciate the help.

Nevermind, I just switched to a preset and it works. I was following a bad YouTube video. Thanks for pushing me in the right direction.
