Hey guys,
I did mention this a while ago and a DEV said he will look it up but later updates still have this.
And sorry to post this again, i cant find the old thread.
I have seen many threads on performance issues and thing might help.
The GPU is being used while OBSS is open, (not recording, not streaming)[Intel Quck sync]
So i have set it to record games at 30 FPS, so it will use about 40-50% on Intel GPU. But now when recording it takes almost double the usage, i presume its the idling usage and the recording ones. (i am not that knowledgeable in this area)
All i know is the GPU is bring used while idle and when recording starts it adds extra usage. [this data is in comparison to the OBS old]
One more thing, if i set the FPS to 60 it uses 60%+ idle and 90-99% on recording, Games run on Nvidia but still FPS drops.
Lower the FPS i set, lower the idle usage, and half the recording usage.
I use HWiNFO and MSI AF, RiveTuner SS for these info.
Please help
Thank you.
