When I'm playing games, GPU Power is at 35-36 watts
but when I record screen with OBS, GPU Power suddenly drops at 32-33 watts
And when I stop screen recording my GPU Power returns to 35-36 watts
Then I tried to record with AMD Relive my GPU Power was at 37-38 watts
The thing that confuses me :
Why when I record screen with OBS GPU Power suddenly drops ?
OBS settings :
Resolution : 1920 x 1080
FPS : 60
Process Priority : Normal
Recording Format : mp4
Encoder : H264/AVC (AMD Advanced Media Network)
Quality Preset : Speed
Rate Control Method : CBR
Target Bitrate : 12000
PC Spec :
CPU : Core i5 4570 @ 3.20 GHz
GPU : AMD RX 550 4 GB OC
PSU : Cooler Master 500 Watt
