GPU hits 99% and webcam lags hard

Hi, I have a problem with OBS. It started to take everything from the GPU. The game I play works fine but the webcam slutter and keep disconecting, I have seen that it takes places at the moment I run OBS. The game normally have about 60% GPU usage, than the second I open OBS it goes to 99% and the webcam starts a slideshow. Any ideas what to do?
