Hello,
Sorry in advance english is not my first langage.
I enconter huge issue with OBS recording on 4K60FPS since I changed my PC. I now run with a 9950X3D and a RTX 5090 (with a RTX3050 dedicated physx 32 bit support). I try to record some small gameplay segment of my play session but for some reasons the result is boderline a diaporama not a video. OBS warn me on the bottom my encoder is saturated but windows seems to disagree as he showing only arond 35% maximum usade of encoding.
This happen every time I try, I have the last driver available on Windows 10 22h2, rebooted the PC and tweaked some system config a bit without avail.
If you require more information don't hesitate to ask, I don't understand why OBS say I have 90%+ usage of encoder while windows tell me I barely go above 35%.
PS: OBS is running on the Disk Z (sata SSD).
