Question / Help GPU 100% in game | Lag when reccording with Nvenc | Gtx 1070 OC

Get gpu-z and verify that "Bus interface" on the first tab displays "PCIe x16 3.0 @ x16 3.0". Important is the x16 after the @. If you don't have x16 on both sides, verify that your graphics card is in a slot capable of x16 pci-speed (usually the slot closest to the CPU). If it is and speed is not x16, verify correct seating of the card, remove it and re-insert.

I don't see the problem.
OBS needs some GPU power to render the scene. If the game uses >90% GPU power, the Recording/Stream will stutter a lot.
Solution:
cap ingame fps!, set details so, that GPU load stays below ~85%, enjoy smoother streams.

The logfile exhibits "download_frame: min=0 ms, median=0.002 ms, max=62.482 ms, 99th percentile=44.672 ms". The value for the 99th percentile should not be much higher than 1 ms, which is the case on my system that happens to be a i7 6700k and gtx 1070 as well. Having a value much more than 1 ms means the download of frames from the GPU memory to CPU memory takes too long, and this may result from a too low pci-e speed. I don't know if it also may result from a 100% load of the GPU, but a defective pci-e speed definitely is a possible cause.

@koala even a GTX 1080 has 0% speed loss by PCI-E 3.0 8x.
I benchmarked it. 0% difference. Game benchmark and unigine superposition same scores.

Thanks for the answer all @koala there is the screen for the pci : https://gyazo.com/c93546ba1934f12d765d1cbde328228a, in fortnite in the game i have no slutter lag just in the menu, but in dirt 4 when it's in high, whith the v sync the stream fps start to go to 30 56 fps etc. If you have a solution for this i can't rec dirt 4 with that but when i reccord with shadowplay that's work, with no lag. But shadow play bug with nahamic sound.
