Question / Help got a new pc need help i have logs

here are my log was like a 10 min test frames droping not sure what i should be setting my settings too the computer is good and my internet is good iam new to obs

Copy it and edit that copy in order to launch OBS 64 bits.

ok and this was a 3 min stream i think this is the right log
still droping frames keeps saying encoding overload

That's somewhat odd for an i5 processor. Is there any CPU hungry applications running?

no i just got the pc yesterday there are no programs runing lol

iam playing H1Z1 it takes alot of cpu on its own
